OUR INSPIRATION

The well-known family of Chaudhary Nathal Mal got the foundation stone of this Temple of Education laid on 21.04.1962 by Sh. Yash Paul, then Education Minister, Punjab with the help of Babu Des Raj then Health Minister, Punjab.

Mai Nikko Devi was a religious and touching soul of chaudhary family of Mansa area. She was a great doner. She visited many holy places on foot due to utmost trust in God.

She had a keen desire to establish such an Institution in which childern may get education and become good citizens of India. This is why this institution was started with the blessings of Mata Saraswati the "Goddess of Education". In real senses, this Temple of education reminds us of the great dream of the great soul.

All the respected parents are quite aware that they are sending their childern in such an institution where education is given in English & Punjabi medium. This School was got upgraded to senior secondary level with Commerce & Arts Groups from April 2012 to give peace to departed soul of Mai Nikko Devi. The Students of this lovely and well reputed institution are serving the nation as Doctors, Engineers, Advocates, Educationists etc. All the credit of the success of this renowned Institution goes to the Mai Nikko Devi Children Welfare Society, School Staff, students and their parents.
